Deep Breath – Learn 3 breath zones: abdomen, intercostal, upper lobe, to invite deep breathing.

Give Me Strength – Plan how to best spend your precious time building strength.

Sound Session – Choose intuitive sound offerings from Calista, or select from a short list to best suit your mood.

— EQUIPMENT —

TheraBody – Include percussive therapy with the TheraBody Prime Percussive Gun. Choose to self-apply at the end or include during your massage.

BiLateral Buzzers – Similar to EMDR we use modern technology to effortlessly assist emotional processing. Non-guided EMDR may have similar results as counsellor guided EMDR sessions.

InfraRed Wand – InfraRed and Blue light wand treatment throughout your massage. Assists with injury recovery, lymphatic flow, promotes calmness.

RezziMax – Nervous system support, great for chronically tight muscles, those who struggle to find deep relaxation, who feel like they are in fight/flight/freeze state even after a massage.

Add 30 minutes to your booking, for some extra nourishment:

Meditation Time – add $15 – be guided through a short meditation, before embracing the rest of your day.

30 minutes more – add $30 – extend your session by 30 minutes, available on all 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Yin Yang Balance – add $30 – Meridian point work and massage for your face, scalp, hands and feet.

Plant Power Facial – add $45 – organic plant potency for your skin, fluid flush for your expressive muscles, and deep relaxation for your nervous system. Nourishing creams from Tasmania’s own skincare sage Milie Organics.

LESS

Making self-care more affordable is important to me. I'm delighted to offer a $10 discount if you bring your own towels. I use water dispersible oil that washes out with ease. Select the 'BYO Towels' discount when you book.

Please bring:

3-4 large towels for Relaxation, Remedial, or 5-Element Healing

4 hand towels for Kahuna or Lomi Lomi

Complimentary essential oils added to your treatment. You can select a favourite from my aromatherapy library on the day, or I can choose an oil to harmonise with your session.

Musical Freedom – Familiarity is soothing. If you want to choose the music for your massage, I am all ears! You can prepare a playlist, journey with your chosen meditation guide, or press play on your favourite artist,

Complimentary Cuppa – Allow yourself to bask in that post massage moment, bring yourself to your true centre and importantly, rehydrate. An extra 15 minutes of you-time, herbal tea in hand.

PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES

If Remedial Massage is included in your Private Health cover you can submit your Stillwell receipt for a claim. Accepted by all health funds except Medibank Private and AHM.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The Gift Of Healing is available for any amount or session. The voucher can be emailed or posted to you once confirmed. Complete this form to arrange a gift voucher.

CALENDAR

Regular appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

Calista is available at other times, including weekends and evenings until 8pm.

GROUP BOOKINGS + RETREATS

I am but one human, with two hands. I would love to attend your event or retreat and offer what I do best. Please get in touch if you are envisaging a way for us to work together.

TREATMENT SPACE

I work from home in Mount Stuart in a dedicated room, with a beautiful view of kunanyi/Mt Wellington. Safety and respect are integral to my practice, and your session.

I have a knee high dog, named Arti. He is delighted to greet guests at the door. If you have an allergy to dogs I cannot guarantee you will not be affected. If you prefer not to meet Arti please advise prior to your treatment.
