Private Health rebates are claimable for any appointments that use remedial approaches. Please let me know if you need a receipt for your appointment.
AHM and Medibank Private customers are not able to claim a rebate, as these providers do not recognise residential address clinics.
If you are a customer of AHM or Medibank Private I support you to discuss with them to reconsider this policy.
-
I aim for a 24 hour cancellation policy, with some flexibility.
I appreciate notification if you are feeling unwell, or expect to encounter an issue with attending your booked appointment time.
For repeat late cancellations I reserve the right to request up-front payment.
You may cancel or reschedule via the link in your booking email, or by replying directly to that email.
-
After you book I may reach out by phone or email to discuss your expectations.
My street address will be provided 24 hours before your session time.
You are welcome to park in the driveway, or on the street. Access is via my front porch, with 4 steps. There are rails to assist with ascent and descent.
Please ring the bell on arrival.
Arti will greet you too, unless you indicate your preference otherwise.
You are welcome to use the facilities or change outfits if you have booked a clothed session.
-
If you want to make more time for yourself add a cuppa or more time to your session.
You can enjoy some time to land, before we commence your session.
I recommend this for busy people, or if you have booked a Transformational or Healing session amidst a busy week.
The dedicated treatment room is part of my home.
The space is warm and very private.
Some street noise occurs around 3pm for school pick up a few blocks away.
-
All of you is welcome.
If you are having a stressful time, are in a bad mood, or need to process in your own particular way – you are welcome.
The more informed I am, the better I am able to hold space.
If you want enquiry, we can go there together.
I encourage you to be curious, and to create your safest, best healing journey, whatever that looks like for you.
Welcome
-
I can support you with recommendations for stretching, holistic support, referrals and treatment plans.
I understand that life is busy, so I love to ‘pair’ stretching with another task, planting little reminders and ways to incorporate health goals into daily tasks.
-
I offer a select range of props, creams and balms that can support your healing. I make these available when you attend your session.
Gift vouchers are also available to purchase.
-
Let me know if you need a little reminder.
A little self-care angel will appear in your inbox to ask how you are feeling, and if you might need to make some time to breath deeper, rest well and restore your nervous system.
A gentle question, reminder and simple suggestions to incorporate into your week ahead.

I do not accept cheques and do not accept EFTPOS payments.

I expect you to:
keep me informed of any relevant physical, emotional, or circumstantial changes that affect your wellbeing, and therefore your treatments.
behave respectfully during your treatment.
Your treatment will end immediately, without refund, if you behave in a disrespectful or offensive manner.
-
I offer clothed sessions and unclothed.
During an unclothed massage session you are required to keep your knickers/boxers on, and towels are used to cover you and keep you warm. I suggest wearing underwear that is not tight.
For any clothed sessions it’s best to wear long sleeves and pants that offer stretch and comfort.
There is time to change when you arrive if you need it.
-
A morning massage is great way to enjoy a soothed nervous system all day.
Make an afternoon of it, if you can. Block out some extra time in your calendar to bask in the post-treatment bliss. Allocate some time to spend with yourself; you might enjoy a bath, go for a walk or find some sunshine to soak up…even just for 15 minutes.
Knocklofty Reserve is two blocks away, offering a flat and easily accessible walking path if you want to listen to the trees and the birds.
Later afternoon or evening sessions are great to lead straight into sleep for deep nourishment.
If you are developing an acute issue it’s best to book in a session before it becomes something you notice every day.
If you are working with a chronic issue you can book at any time that fits in with other care you are receiving, on a day where you can let the body work settle in and work its magic.
-
Follow your heart… if you’re drawn to experience a particular session trust that. If you have any particular questions you can email Calista, or request a phone call.
If you have any particular concerns, I am happy to discuss these in preparation prior to your session.
All sessions can be modified to meet your needs; there are no defined barriers to any of the sessions on offer.
-

Hot towel cabinet for added luxury.
Double glazed window limits noise interruption.
A gorgeous view that also offers privacy.
Pillows, props, blankets and towels galore for your absolute comfort.
Easy access height adjustable electric massage table, making it easy to get on and off.
The right fit?
-
Please peruse this website, visit Stillwell Therapies on Facebook or Instagram to get a feel for my style, philosophy and being.
You can send an enquiry via the Contact Form too, if you’ve got a specific query you want to discuss.
After an Initial Appointment you may decide that I am not the right practitioner for you.
I encourage you to find what you are seeking, and I humbly accept that I am not the ‘right’ practitioner for all, nor do I strive to be.
-
I offer treatments for everyone.
The sessions that invite depth, such as Kahuna, Lomi Lomi Healing, or the ‘Feel' offerings, are not suitable for folks in active trauma, those who are not equipped with sufficient tools to navigate personal processing, or those who carry real concerns about what may come up during a session.
I honour the duty of care I have for my fellow humans. I also expect reasonable transparency and integrity from my clients.
-
As a starting point, consider how long you want to dedicate to the appointment.
The shortest session on offer is 45 minutes. They increment by 15 minutes. The longest session is 2 hours.
If you want to invite depth and exploration into your session I advise at least 90 minutes.
Regarding treatments and modalities I suggest discussing this during your Initial Appointment.
Offerings
-
I sure do!
I feel certain that we can establish a treatment plan that can meet your expectations.
-
Yes, the Remedial or Remedial Flow treatments I offer are exactly what you’re after.
-
Yes. I’m certain that I do not invite or offer anything other than what is classically defined as massage therapy.
I respect the long lineage of these body work modalities and offer only what as been taught to me in professional teaching environments.
I do not condone uninvited behaviour. Any unacceptable behaviour will result in the immediate termination of your session with no refunds offered.
What to expect…
-
There is dedicated time to complete an Intake Form which will give me insight into any relevant health history I need to know.
You will have a chance to advise me of general preferences, or things you want me to be aware of so I can take good care of you.
I will tell you a little about my approaches, and together we can decide what outcomes to expect.
I take time to provide clear instructions, make you comfortable and move gently around the space.
Arti might also like to give you a cuddle.
-
We begin with a brief check in to decide what feels most present or in need of nurturing.
You might lie on your front, side or stomach, supported at all times. The electric blanket keeps you warm from underneath and we can add a blanket on top if you need.

A healer does not heal you.
A healer is someone who holds space for you,

so that you may heal yourself.
